Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Schedy, Whos, or ASMR Playbook (collectively, the "Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Apps. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Serdar OZKAN ("Developer", "we", "us").

2. Description of the Apps

Schedy: Simple Daily Planner

A minimalist daily planner application for organizing schedules and tasks. It operates fully offline with local data storage and requires no account registration.

Whos - Smart Lending Tracker

A minimalist tracker for lending and borrowing items, featuring quick logging and return reminders. It operates fully offline with local data storage.

ASMR Playbook

A mobile application designed for playing ASMR triggers, creating custom soundscapes, and managing sleep timers. The App allows users to customize their listening experience and offers premium features for offline access and ad-free usage.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps on your personal mobile device(s) strictly in accordance with these Terms and applicable app store policies. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Apps.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Schedy: Simple Daily Planner

Offers an optional one-time purchase to remove advertisements. This is a non-consumable purchase.

Whos - Smart Lending Tracker

Offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Monthly, Yearly) and a Lifetime Access option for premium features.

ASMR Playbook

Offers optional premium access which may include an ad-free experience and enhanced offline capabilities. This may be offered as a one-time purchase or a subscription as displayed within the App.

General Payment Terms

• All transactions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not store financial data.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions via your device's account settings.
• Refunds are subject to Apple’s or Google’s respective policies.

5. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the Apps is governed by our Privacy Policy. Since all three Apps prioritize local storage, we do not have access to your personal entries, schedules, or lending records. You are solely responsible for backing up your device data.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Apps only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you enter into the Apps (notes, names, photos). Since we do not store your data on our servers, we cannot recover any information if you delete the App or lose your device.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, including design, code, graphics, and audio content (where applicable), are owned by Serdar OZKAN. You may not use our branding or assets without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "AS IS". We do not warrant that the Apps will be 100% error-free or that specific ASMR content or scheduling features will always meet your expectations. Use of the Apps is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serdar OZKAN shall not be liable for any data loss, loss of profits, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Apps. We are not responsible for the deletion of data caused by app uninstallation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Kocaeli, Turkey.
